Succeeding these experiences, he opted for entrepreneurship: a period in which he established UC Group, an interim, realization & consultancy firm in production & supply chain environments, with an unconventional organizational form. Within 6 years he brought this company to a turnover of over 6.2M euro and 50 professionals.
